Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) was established on December 2nd 2007 to fulfill the demands of lakhs of people of Haryana. As the name suggests the aim of HJC is janhit i.e. well being of the people of Haryana. Our party provides you a Dias from where you can fight for your rights and demands. We give your voice strength so that it can be heard by those in power.

We at HJC share your concerns ranging from your daily life to the common problem plaguing the state. Our main aim is to establish social harmony among all the 36 castes in Haryana and the people of Haryana have been the witness to the fact that my father, Choudhary Bhajan Lal Ji, has been the only leader in the history of Haryana who always took care of all 36 biradaris during his forty year long political career. Here, as the president of HJC (BL), I want to assure you on behalf of my party that we will continue the legacy of Choudhary Bhajan Lal Ji’s vision towards Haryana and its people.

Today the common man is plagued with problems, be it water, electricity, rising prices (inflation), poor roads, draught ridden farmers, unemployment or rowdys and goons. Most of all we live in a society plagued by corruption, inefficiency, and covered in a blanket of fear. In all this turmoil, the voice of common man is lost.HJC aims to give back the common man his voice. I have always made my stand very clear from every Dias available that my party firmly believes that at least one person from every family must have employment, every family has the right for a roof over its head, every business man has the right to do business in a constructive, fearless and supportive environment, every child has the right to education and every common man has the right to live in a fear free society. It was only Ch. Bhajan Lal Ji’s popularity among the people of Haryana that they entrusted him the responsibilities of chief minister not once but thrice. He in the capacity of chief minister of Haryana tried his best to resolve the problems of Haryana. To resolve the water crisis in Haryana, the work on SYL canal started during his government only. It was he who always took care of all 36 castes in Haryana. As soon as he left the power in 1996, the era of coalition government started and weather it was HVP-BJP or INLD-BJP, it failed drastically as the problems of common man kept on increasing.

Seeing this, the people of Haryana once again showed their faith in the leadership Ch. Bhajan Lal Ji and in 2005 election, Congress won 67 out of 80 state assembly seats under his command. But ignoring the wishes of people of Haryana, Congress made chief minister to an inexperienced person, who was not even the member of state assembly at that time. It was betrayal of congress with the people of Haryana. But the problem does not end here instead it kept on increasing. Wheather it was common man, serviceman, buisnessman, farmer or laborer, every section of the society was feeling cheated. Problems of water, electicity, unemployment and corruption were at their peak.
